Like Frozen air

Blankets are heavy
Tv is quiet
Mouths agasp
As tears cascade
Horror and hope
Embraced lovers
Skin and dust
Eyes empty
A tear torn
A hole burns
Movement alone
suffering as smoke
Billows toward heaven
Stillness is absence
